Shipping All orders are shipped using Priority Mail through USPS unless requested otherwise. All bows and apparel are handmade to order and fulfillment can take several days for larger orders. Once shipped, USPS Priority arrives to most locations in the US within 3 business days. Notification of shipment available upon request.
Local Pickup If you are in the area, feel free to contact us for local pickup to avoid shipping costs.
Payment We accept online or payment through PayPal who accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Returns We cannot issue refunds for used or unwanted bows. If you have non-customized apparel that you would like to exchange sizes please complete the merchandise form and return all unused merchandise for exchange.
